About Courses
  • Moving Away from Black Hair Colour

On this course, you will learn how to:

    • Assess colouring history, hair condition and pigment build-up to determine an achievable result.
    • Choose the right sequence of steps for different starting points.
    • Monitor hair condition and preserve its quality throughout the process.
    • Neutralise orange undertones and select toners for a cooler result.
    • Prepare clients psychologically for the process, align expectations and explain intermediate results.
    • Create a plan for home care and follow-up colour corrections.

Every case is individual: significant lightening may be possible in one appointment, while other cases require a gradual approach.

You will gain practical, structured methods to help you make confident decisions and create an individual plan for each client.
  • Grey Hair Camouflage
A course for practising hairstylists who want to blend grey seamlessly with the overall colour and create results that grow out naturally.

You will learn to design colour so that emerging grey becomes a natural continuation of the look, without a harsh line between the roots and coloured lengths.

On this course, we will cover:

    • Assessing the amount and distribution of grey, the natural base and previously coloured lengths.
    • Creating a colour design that follows the natural distribution of grey.
    • Choosing shades, depth and colour transparency to achieve harmony between roots and lengths.
    • Formulas, techniques and application methods for different starting points.
    • Gradually transitioning from full grey coverage to soft grey blending.
    • Client consultations, aligning expectations and planning ongoing care and colour maintenance.

Grey blending can appeal to clients who want to embrace their natural grey or are considering giving up colouring because of noticeable regrowth. You will be able to offer them a more manageable alternative, retain them as salon clients and attract new clients with similar needs.

You will gain a clear, structured approach to adapting the technique to each client and confidently introducing grey hair camouflage into your services.
  • Color Spa
Sometimes a client wants to go slightly lighter, refresh their shade or soften a colour that feels too dense. At the same time, it is essential to preserve the quality of the hair and create a colour that looks beautiful both immediately after the service and as it grows out.

Color Spa is a foam toning system with gentle colour correction. It allows you to work with depth and tonal nuance, create a more translucent, vibrant result and tailor the colour to each client’s hair and wishes.

On this course, you will learn how to:

    • Assess the starting colour and colouring history to determine the possibilities and limitations of Color Spa.
    • Choose the right formula for tone-on-tone colouring, darkening or gentle lightening by approximately 0.5–1.5 levels.
    • Control underlying warm pigments and prevent unwanted yellow tones for a clean, balanced result.
    • Create personalised shades, from soft beige and neutral tones to cooler or warmer colour directions.
    • Refresh the lengths, refine the tone and achieve a more translucent, vibrant and natural-looking colour.
    • Improve the longevity of toning and create a harmonious fade with soft regrowth and no pronounced line between the roots and lengths.
    • Use Color Spa for gentle grey camouflage, blending natural grey hair with coloured lengths for a softer, more natural transition.
    • Adapt the formula and technique to each client’s hair condition, colour history and desired result.

Every case is individual: the achievable result depends on the starting colour, previous colouring and the hair’s characteristics.
You will gain practical methods and a structured approach to making confident colour decisions, expanding your salon services and creating personalised results that remain beautiful as they grow out.
  • Soft Cuts

On this course, you will learn how to:

    • Build a soft haircut shape by following a structured cutting sequence and understanding how each step influences the final result.
    • Create and connect layers to achieve natural movement, volume and a seamless finish.
Balance weight, texture and density to maintain fullness while removing excess bulk where needed.
    • Adapt layering and texturising techniques to different hair types, taking hair density, strand thickness and natural growth direction into account.
    • Work with very thick hair to reduce excess weight, improve movement and maintain a balanced silhouette.
    • Cut very fine hair to create volume and movement while preserving the appearance of fullness through the ends.
    • Plan the shape and distribution of length to ensure the haircut grows out naturally and maintains its balance over time.
    • Use blow-drying and round-brush techniques to lift the roots, enhance texture and bring out the shape and movement of the layers.

Every hair type requires an individual approach: the placement of layers, the amount of texture and the distribution of weight must be adapted to the desired shape and the hair’s natural characteristics.

You will gain practical techniques and a structured approach to creating soft, versatile haircuts that are easy to style at home, maintain their shape as they grow and look beautiful beyond the salon.
